Our experience purchasing a hot tub from Niagara Hot Tubs was absolutely exceptional from the first visit to the store, right through the delivery, including a full "lesson" on chemicals and maintenance. Melodie was so incredibly helpful and personable when helping us choose which hot tub would work best for our family, both now and over the next many years. Upon purchase, we received a full explanation of location preparation and electrical requirements. Any emails we sent were replied to quickly and always completely answered our questions. Delivery was fast and the guys were incredibly friendly! There's not too many companies where the owner himself delivers your hot tub, but Mike both delivered our hot tub, and put us at ease with the maintenance schedule! We bought our hot tub from Niagara Hot Tubs three years ago, and I have to say that the customer service from Debbie and the gang has been stellar. I don’t usually remark on customer service, but when I go into the shop, they remember my name and the model of my tub. If I have a question, they either have the answer immediately–product knowledge is fantastic! Or they seek out the answer and have it for me without me having to ask again.
